Acceptance of terms
By using the Petinova collar and its companion mobile app, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, we invite you not to use our products and services.
Our services
Petinova sells the Petinova smart anti-bark collar and its companion mobile application (iOS and Android). The collar embeds an artificial intelligence engine to detect barking with precision and apply progressive, respectful corrections (audible tone, vibration, ultrasound, voice command). The app lets you customize collar behavior and track your dog's progress via a secure Bluetooth connection.
Responsible use
The Petinova collar is designed exclusively for dogs. It must be used in accordance with the provided user guide. As the owner, you are responsible for your animal's welfare: regularly check collar fit, respect recommended wearing durations, and adapt settings to your dog's temperament. The collar is a complementary tool to positive training.
Intellectual property
All content, software, artificial intelligence algorithms, industrial designs and technologies integrated into Petinova products are the exclusive property of Petinova, protected by French and international intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or use is strictly prohibited.
Liability
Petinova shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of its products. Petinova is a dog training aid designed to complement — not replace — working with an animal behavior professional. Results may vary depending on each dog's temperament and environment.
Changes to terms
Petinova reserves the right to update these terms to reflect service improvements. Any significant change will be communicated via the mobile app before taking effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, both parties commit to seeking an amicable solution first. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
